GROB-WERKE is based in Mindelheim, Bavaria. Besides production systems for high-volume manufacturing, Grob builds 5-axis universal machining centres of the G series. A typical feature is the horizontal spindle position, which supports good chip fall and suits simultaneous 5-axis machining of demanding parts.

- Equipment: clarify which tool magazine, pallet or loading system, coolant and chip conveyor and probing are included.
- Inspection: if possible, see the machine under power and during a test run.
